Thank you for your interest in Amp Fin(tm), swim and dive fins. Children sizes will be available soon. All orders must be processed through your prosthetist for casting and proper custom fit.
1. Contact your prosthetist and let them know you want an Amp Fin(tm), swim and dive fin. Schedule an appointment for having your cast made according to the casting instructions found on this website, since the casting procedure is slightly different then a standard casting procedure for a prosthetic device. Have your prosthetist go to our website for more information and to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for sizing and pricing information.
2. At your appointment your prosthetist will fill out an Order Form found on this website and cast your leg. Your prosthetist will send to us a Keasy Cone or Ever Flex Liner made from that cast along with the Order Form to: AMP FINS LLC, 117 Academy Street,Presque Isle, ME 04769
3. When we receive your Keasy cone or Ever Flex Liner, we will custom fit it to an Amp Fin(tm), swim and dive fin, and send it back to your prosthetist along with an instructional dvd. Allow 6 to 8 weeks for delivery.
4. When your prosthetist receives it, they will contact you for an appointment to meet with you to insure proper fit and provide the proper sized suspension sleeve and dvd.
Payment for each Amp Fin(tm), swim and dive fin, is for the fin and dvd only. Amp Fins LLC is not responsible for payment or expenses to your doctor or prosthetist for appointments, casting or Keasy cone/Ever Flex Liner expenses, fittings or suspension sleeve costs or any other related costs. Please discuss these additional costs with your doctor and/or prosthetist as they will vary.
